I was born in New Zealand and moved to the Gold Coast when I was a young teen. This move led me to my first real encounter with Church, and with God. Shortly after, I gave my life to Him. My first role in full-time ministry wasn't far behind. Right after High School, I was asked to be the full-time Youth Pastor at my church (talk about a crash course in leadership). I served in that role for four years while completing my Bachelor of Ministry.
During that time, I felt God leading me toward the USA. Knowing nothing about the States other than God's burden to "go", I made a bold move and landed in a small town in South Carolina in 2014. It was there that I joined Newspring Church as a part of the Student Ministry Team. For four years I helped develop leadership training, teaching content & small group curriculum until God spoke again. This time, to move home. I returned to the sunny Gold Coast with a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a great desire to see my homeland alight with the Gospel of Christ.
Which brings me to where I am today. I’m currently completing my Masters in Ministry Leadership and am a passionate lecturer at Citipointe Ministry College in Brisbane. As a part-time preacher and teacher of the Word, I have gotten to serve at multiple different churches around Australia. As a result, my heart has grown for the leaders of the Church to feel equipped and empowered to love and serve their communities with confidence. My desire is not merely to share resources and advice, but to walk beside them as we reach the full potential of the body of Christ together.
